...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL CABARRUS COUNTY
THROUGH 700 PM EDT...
At 632 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14
miles southeast of Downtown Concord, or 5 miles northeast of Midland,
moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
