  Nearshore and Open Waters from Whitehall to Manistee MI...

At 1020 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located 11 nm west of Little Sable Point Light,
moving northeast at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Ludington Light, Little Sable Point Light, and Pentwater Pier Heads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should
consider seeking safe harbor until this storm passes.
