...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT TODAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following
  county, Van Buren.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 821 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
  - Local rain gages were indicating around 2 inches of rain has
    fallen in South Haven area. Locally an additional inch of
    rain could fall by 10 am.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    South Haven, Hartford, Bangor, Decatur, Van Buren SP, Covert,
    Keeler, Lawrence, Breedsville, South Haven Area Regional
    Airport, Lacota and Grand Junction.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
