* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following
  counties, Allegan, Barry, Kalamazoo, Kent, Ottawa and Van Buren.

* WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 540 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated
