In southwest Michigan, Barry. * WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 746 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain had fallen. Several gages from near Marshall to Jackson and Waterloo measured between 2.0 and 3.0 inches of rain.
