From the late evening through the middle of the overnight, a cold
front moved across the northern Mississippi Valley while a warm
front surged into northern Illinois. Scattered showers and some
thunderstorms continued to impact the region at times ahead of
these features. Wautoma recorded the most precipitation across the
area and greater than an inch. Temperatures remained warm and
ranged through the 60s across the region.

Today, a secondary cold front will move across the area, bringing
a chance of showers and thunderstorms across northern Wisconsin in
the afternoon. High temperatures should range from the upper 60s
across Vilas County to the lower 80s across northeast Wisconsin.
Mostly sunny skies are expected on Sunday with highs in the upper
60s to middle 70s.
