.DISCUSSION...
Sunny conditions will be in place to start the day today and last
into the afternoon. High clouds then move in from the west in the
evening, before rain overspreads the region after midnight. Some
thunder could mix in at times by Tuesday morning but strong and
severe storms seem unlikely. Tuesday afternoon may see a brief
break in rainfall before a second round of moderate to heavy
rainfall moves through the region Tuesday evening.
