...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN GARFIELD COUNTY
THROUGH 845 PM MDT...

At 816 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 24
miles northwest of De Beque, or 32 miles north of Grand Junction,
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern
Garfield County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
