...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL MOFFAT COUNTY
THROUGH 300 PM MDT...

At 246 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles west of Baggs, or 36 miles northwest of Craig, moving northeast
at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
Moffat County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
