...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL DOLORES AND
CENTRAL SAN MIGUEL COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM MDT...

At 511 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16
miles south of Norwood, or 48 miles southwest of Montrose, moving
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Norwood.

This includes Colorado 145 between mile markers 86 and 94.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
