.DISCUSSION...Northerly to northwest flow will continue into Monday,
although winds are expected to be weaker compared to this afternoon,
with gusts only topping out near 20 mph. Minimum humidities will fall
into the critical range, leading to potential localized critical fire
weather conditions near the fire location. However, high pressure
building in on Tuesday will bring even weaker winds, although
temperatures will begin to climb  several degrees above normal.
