The Flood Advisory will expire at 530 AM MDT early this morning for
portions of west central Colorado, including the following area,
Mesa and east central Utah, including the following area, Grand.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Arroyo and
small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.
