...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT DAWSON COUNTY THROUGH 715 PM
CDT...

At 644 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Callaway to near
Gothenburg to 9 miles east of Wellfleet. Movement was southeast at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Cozad, Gothenburg, and Willow Island around 650 PM CDT.
  Eddyville around 700 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 209 and 237.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
south central Nebraska.
