...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and south central
  Nebraska, including the following counties, in central Nebraska,
  Howard, Merrick and Nance. In east central Nebraska, Polk and
  York. In south central Nebraska, Adams, Buffalo, Clay, Hall,
  Hamilton and Kearney.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Minor street flooding has been reported in Grand Island.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 853 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Grand Island, Hastings, Aurora, Central City, Wood River,
    Fullerton, Genoa, Kenesaw, Doniphan, Juniata, Alda, Clarks,
    Silver Creek, Giltner, Polk, Phillips, Chapman, Marquette,
    Trumbull and Hordville.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
