This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected today. Some could be
strong to severe with large hail to the size of a quarter, damaging
winds to 60 mph, and funnel clouds to perhaps a brief tornado. An
isolated heavier rain potential will coincide with the strongest
storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

An active pattern aloft will keep additional showers and
thunderstorms possible through the rest of the week and into next
week.
