...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NAVAJO AND COCONINO COUNTIES
THROUGH NOON MST...

At 1137 AM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14
miles northeast of Chevelon Canyon Lake, or 22 miles south of
Winslow, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of Navajo and Coconino
Counties.

This includes State Route 99 between mile markers 23 and 28.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
