...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN APACHE AND NAVAJO
COUNTIES THROUGH 1145 AM MST...

At 1100 AM MST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Woodruff to near Lyman Lake State Park.
Movement was northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Concho Lake, Lions Park, Woodruff, Zion Reservoir, Concho, St. Johns,
Saint Johns Industrial Air Park, White Mountain Ultralight
Flightpark, Little Ortega Lake, Hunt, St. Johns City Park, Rainbow
Forest Lodge, Mesa Redonda, Lyman Lake, Cerro Montoso Peak, Mesa
Parada, Petrified Forest National Park, Lyman Lake State Park,
Crystal Forest, and Snowflake.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 300 and 307.
 State Route 77 between mile markers 362 and 383.
 Highway 180 191 between mile markers 371 and 387.
 Highway 60 between mile markers 364 and 375.
 Highway 191 161 between mile markers 316 and 329.
 Highway 180 between mile markers 312 and 368.
 State Route 61 between mile markers 359 and 381.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
