Dangerous flooding over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1013 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Leroux Wash, Digger Wash, Lithodendron Wash, Puerco River, Porter Tank Draw, Tanner Wash, West Twin Wash, Joseph City Wash, Little Colorado River, Little Lithodendron Wash, East Twin Wash and Wildhorse Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Holbrook, Sun Valley, Joseph City, Petrified Forest National Park, Lisitzky Subdivision, Clearview Heights, Rosedale Heights, Hunt Park. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between mile markers 277 and 305. Business Interstate 40 between mile markers 286 and 289.
