.DISCUSSION...North winds tonight with a westerly component around
6 to 8 mph turn northeast after dusk at 5 to 6 mph. RH remains low
with the highest recovery overnight into Friday around 25%, which
will drop back top the teens Friday morning. Winds from the southeast
early Friday morning become light and variable in the late morning hours
and increasing at 5 to 7 mph and out of the northwest. Recovery RH
about the same from Friday night into Saturday at 25% and returning to
the teens as Saturday morning approaches.
