.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Gale force northerly winds
and very steep hazardous seas over the outer waters, with locally
gale force around Pt St George and downwind of Cape Mendocino.
Winds will continue to gradually strengthen and peak this
afternoon and evening. Steep to very steep and hazardous seas are
forecasted to peak tonight with significant wave height up to 16
feet @ 11 s. Marine conditions are expected to gradually improve
beginning on Thursday. Sub-Advisory conditions are expected over the
weekend with light to moderate winds and seas generally around
5-6 feet @ 8 s.
