.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...In the norther waters,
north winds will continue to weaken through tonight due to a weak
cold front currently moving through the area. Strong breezes will
remain over the southern waters for the weekend, with locally
near gale to gale force gusts downwind Cape Mendocino. Widespread
strong to near- gale force winds and and very steep, hazardous
seas (12-16 ft @ 10s) are forecast for early-mid next week.
