.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
begin to ease tonight into Saturday, especially in the northern
inner waters. Locally strong winds are still expected in the outer
waters, especially south of Cape Mendocino where gusts could near
or exceed gales. The risk of gales diminishes considerably by
Saturday morning, however. Winds and seas will pick up
significantly Monday evening into Tuesday, with widespread gales
looking likely in the outer waters along with very steep,
hazardous seas.
