This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Heavy rainfall along with severe thunderstorms are expected today.
Flash flooding is possible from these storms. The severe
thunderstorms will be capable of all hazards. The best timing for
severe thunderstorms will be from 3 PM to 10 PM tonight.

Area rivers are experiencing flooding. Please see the
latest Flood Statements and Flood Warnings for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Thunderstorms are possible on the 4th of July. Currently it looks
like the best chance for severe storms will remain south of our
area. There is a marginal risk for severe weather west of a line
from Fort Madison, Iowa north to Manchester, Iowa.

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and into the
evening.

To the east at 30 to 40 MPH.
