...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity for the
following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River near Conesville affecting Muscatine and Louisa
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE SATURDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville.

* WHEN...Until late Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Saulsbury Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 14.9 feet and slowly
    rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.0
    feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
    Saturday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
