  Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

The next statement will be issued by Tuesday evening at 900 PM CDT.

* WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Saulsbury Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The river is currently cresting.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.9 feet Monday,
    July 08.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
