...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.

  Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

The next statement will be issued by Tuesday evening at 900 PM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY, JULY 08...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and expected to continue.

* WHERE...Iowa River at Oakville.

* WHEN...Until Monday, July 08.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding of agricultural land is ongoing.
  Several county roads are under water and closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 11.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The river continues to slowly rise.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 11.9 feet early Wednesday
    afternoon and then hold around 11.9 feet through Sunday. It
    will then fall below flood stage Monday, July 08.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The river continues to slowly rise.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 21.9 feet early Wednesday
    morning and then hold around 21.9 feet through Sunday. It
    will then fall below flood stage Monday, July 08.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
