...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...
Illinois...

  Mississippi River at Muscatine affecting Rock Island, Mercer,
  Louisa and Muscatine Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

The next statement will be issued by Saturday afternoon at 145 PM
CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Muscatine.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water affects 5th Street at the Mad Creek
  bridge as well as the Pearl Street Station.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 16.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 19.9 feet Friday,
    July 05. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
