...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER SAGINAW BAY...

The areas affected include...
  Inner and Outer Saginaw Bay...
  Nearshore and Open Waters of Lake Huron from Port Austin to
  Harbor Beach...

At 533 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 10 nm northeast of Pinconning to near
Caseville to 6 nm northeast of Port Austin to near Port Hope, moving
northeast at 35 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
