* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Poweshiek County in central Iowa...
  Eastern Marion County in south central Iowa...
  Mahaska County in south central Iowa...
  Southeastern Jasper County in central Iowa...

* Until 515 PM CDT.

* At 414 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pella, moving
  east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oskaloosa, Pella, Knoxville, Montezuma, New Sharon, Eddyville, Lake
  Red Rock, Fremont, Beacon, University Park, Bussey, Lynnville,
  Harvey, Barnes City, Rose Hill, Leighton, Searsboro, Keomah
  Village, Pella Municipal Airport, and Lake Keomah State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for central, south
central and southeastern Iowa.
