The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Morton County in southwestern Kansas...
  South central Stanton County in southwestern Kansas...

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 724 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southeast
  of Stonington, or 16 miles west of Richfield, moving east at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Richfield.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
