...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL WARREN COUNTY THROUGH
245 PM EDT...

At 210 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 23
miles west of Warren, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Warren, Youngsville, Russell, Spring Creek, Warren South, Garland,
Grand Valley, Chapman State Park, Starbrick, and Clarendon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for north central
Pennsylvania.
