High temperatures will top out in the 70s and 80s this afternoon, which is right around average for this time of year. Low humidity again today will make it feel very pleasant. One more pleasant night is in store tonight as temperatures drop to near 60 for most by Wednesday morning. A gradual warmup with increasing humidity is on tap for Wednesday through Friday. Shower and thunderstorm chances return for Wednesday night and continue each day through the end of the week. By Friday, temperatures will top out in the 90s across southeast Pennsylvania while the higher elevations in northern Pennsylvania and the Laurel Highlands will crest near the 80 degree mark. $$
