...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following
  county, Lake.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1212 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause
    urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage
    areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between
    2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen since midnight.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Painesville, Willowick, Fairport Harbor, Euclid, Mentor,
    Willoughby, Eastlake, Madison, Perry, Timberlake, Lakeline,
    Wickliffe, Richmond Heights, Willoughby Hills, Highland
    Heights, Mentor-On-The-Lake, Kirtland, North Perry, Kirtland
    Hills and Waite Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
