* At 659 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Stono Inshore Reef to Kiawah Reef, moving east
  at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
