...HAZARDOUS THUNDERSTORMS IMPACTING THE COASTAL WATERS...

At 855 PM EDT, thunderstorms were located along a line extending from
near Greenville Reef to 14 nm northeast of Edisto Buoy, moving east
at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Winds up to 30 knots.

  IMPACT...Expect briefly stronger winds and suddenly higher waves.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and poor visibility in heavy rain. Boaters
should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass. Put on a
personal flotation device.
