For the following areas...
Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
nm...

At 737 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Bulls Bay to near Jimmy Leland Tug,
moving northeast at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
