At 638 PM EDT, a thunderstorm was located over Air Force Reef, or
over Rattlesnake Shoal, moving south at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Winds up to 30 knots.

  IMPACT...Expect briefly stronger winds and suddenly higher waves.
