Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...

Conditions will be favorable for the development of waterspouts
across the coastal waters of Southeast South Carolina this morning.
The risk will be highest along lines of towering clouds and near
showers and thunderstorms. Conditions will become less favorable for
waterspout development by late morning.

If waterspouts occur, move your boat away from the waterspout.
Remember that waterspouts can develop rapidly and produce winds
and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone onboard.
