Scattered showers and thunderstorms are developing in the area early this afternoon. Thunderstorms will be capable of producing strong, erratic wind gusts and hail. In addition, a cold front will cross the site around 220 to 300 PM MDT this afternoon, with winds changing from south/southwesterly to northwesterly and gusting to 50-60 mph. Northwesterly winds 20-25 mph gusting to 30 mph will then continue through about 600 PM MDT this evening. Winds will weaken tonight, then increase again late Friday morning to west/northwesterly, 25-35 mph, gusting to 40 mph, and continue into Friday evening. Friday will be cooler with a high temperature in the 70s. .REST OF TODAY... Sky/weather.........Partly sunny. Chance of showers and thunderstorms.
