Above normal temperatures generally in the 80s and 90s return Sunday with minimum RH values in the upper teens to 20s south of Billings and 20s to 30s north of Billings. Increased southeasterly winds will develop tonight into Sunday in far eastern Montana ahead of a cold front passage that will switch winds out of the northwest Sunday evening. Along with this front, showers and thunderstorms look to develop mainly across central Montana Sunday afternoon, moving east through the evening. A few storms could become strong to severe with this activity, with the main threats being gusty winds, frequent lightning, and brief heavy rain. Active weather with additional chances of wetting rain and near normal temperatures continues into the work week.
