...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL JEFFERSON...
SOUTHERN LEWIS AND NORTHEASTERN OSWEGO COUNTIES THROUGH 515 AM EDT...

At 423 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles north of Redfield, or 16 miles east of Sandy Island Beach State
Park, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Lowville, Whetstone Gulf State Park, Watson, Martinsburg, Lyonsdale,
Greig, Sandy Creek, Lacona, Lyons Falls, Mannsville, Turin,
Smartville, Rector, Brantingham, and Sperryville.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 37 and 39.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
