Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the northern Gulf of Mexico
continues to provide favorable wind and sea conditions along the
lower Texas coast through Saturday afternoon. Marine conditions
steadily deteriorate Saturday evening with potential tropical
storm or hurricane conditions developing Sunday through Monday
with the current National Hurricane Center Track taking Beryl over
the Lower Texas coastal waters Sunday night. No tropical watches
or warnings are currently in effect, however please monitor
forecasts from the National Hurricane Center and Brownsville
National Weather Service on Beryl, as Watches or Warnings maybe
issued later today.
