  out 20 nm...
  Ocean Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to 35 NM
  offshore...
  Ocean Waters from the Merrimack River to Plymouth from 40 to 60 NM
  offshore...

* Until 200 AM EDT.

* At 1229 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 9 nm northeast of Thatcher Island to Stellwagen Bank
  to near Cape Cod Bay, moving east at 65 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Jeffreys Ledge Buoy 44098, The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Ann,
  Stellwagen Bank, Wellfleet Harbor, Cape Cod Bay, and Race Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
