...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL DOUGLAS AND
NORTHWESTERN ELBERT COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM MDT...

At 414 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles south of Franktown, or 29 miles south of Denver, moving
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Castle Rock, Castlewood Canyon, eastern Parker, Elizabeth, Kiowa,
Ponderosa Park, The Pinery, and Franktown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
