...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BOISE...
SOUTHWESTERN VALLEY AND EAST CENTRAL GEM COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM
MDT...

At 505 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
High Valley, or 25 miles northeast of Emmett, moving northeast at 40
mph. This storm will travel along/near Highway 55 between Banks and
Smiths Ferry.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Big Eddy and High Valley around 510 PM MDT.
  Smiths Ferry around 520 PM MDT.
  Horsethief Reservoir around 540 PM MDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
southwestern Idaho.
