THIS AFTERNOON...

.Scattered thunderstorms have developed and will spread north and
east this morning across southeast Oregon and southwest Idaho.
Thunderstorms are expected to end in southeast Oregon by early
this afternoon, but an increase in sustained winds and low
humidity will keep red flag conditions going. Thunderstorms will
persist into southwest and west-central Idaho through this
evening.
