IN WESTERN TWIN FALLS BLM AND WESTERN MAGIC VALLEY...

.A dry system will bring increasing west winds Wednesday afternoon
to the western Magic Valley and western Twin Falls BLM area. Gusts
to around 40 mph are expected. Warm and dry conditions will also
result in afternoon humidity values between 10 and 15 percent.

Warning for gusty winds and low relative humidities, which is in
effect from noon to 9 PM MDT Wednesday.

* Affected Area...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 424 Western Twin
  Falls BLM and 426 Southern Highlands.

* Timing...From noon to 9 PM MDT Wednesday.

* Winds...Northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 12 percent.

* Temperatures...Up to 83.
