values about 10 percent lower. Other than typical afternoon breezes in
southeast Oregon, winds will generally be less than 12 mph today. A
cold front moves through on Sunday and brings a slight increase in west
winds. Isolated afternoon thunderstorms may also develop across southwest
Idaho, far southeast Oregon, and the Payette National Forest on Sunday.
