.DISCUSSION...
A cold front will move through the region overnight, bringing wind gusts
to 40 mph through Baker County, northern Malheur County, and the Treasure
Valley early Sunday morning. Winds will gradually diminish after sunrise
but remain breezy through the Magic Valley into the afternoon. Isolated
thunderstorms will develop in the afternoon across southern Malheur, Harney,
and Owyhee Counties, as well as in the Payette National Forest. Wetting
rain chances remain quite low (5 to 15%), with little precipitation
expected to accompany any thunderstorm. Temperatures will trend 5 to 10
degrees cooler and humidity values 5 to 10% higher compared to Saturday.
