...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN BROOME AND
NORTHEASTERN TIOGA COUNTIES THROUGH 115 PM EDT...

At 1240 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Newark Valley, or 11 miles north of Owego, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Binghamton, Johnson City, Maine, Nanticoke, Berkshire, Richford,
Newark Valley, Candor, Greater Binghamton Airport, and Union Center.

This includes the following highway exits...
 New York Interstate 81 between 6 and 7.
 Interstate 86/Route 17 between 70 North and 72.
